NFL suspends Antonio Brown eight games for violating private behavior policy

(CNN)The NFL launched it has suspended free agent vast receiver Antonio Brown for the first eight games of the 2020 season with out pay for multiple violations of its private behavior policy

Brown, 32, is eligible to prefer half in all preseason actions with any group he signs with and return after the group’s eighth sport, the NFL acknowledged. Brown spent most of his profession with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played one sport for the New England Patriots closing season earlier than being released.
Brown had been beneath NFL investigation for multiple off-self-discipline incidents. He became sentenced to 2 years of probation in June.
“I search for ahead to modern beginnings,” Brown acknowledged on Instagram. “I are fervent to be the correct model of myself on and off the self-discipline, and I will create my most absorbing to be a gigantic teammate. I just like the NFL giving me the replace to continue to work on myself and reinforce.”
NFL.com says the suspension is linked to Brown’s no contest plea to burglary and battery charges, and accusations he sent intimidating texts to a lady.
Brown’s attorney and agent acknowledged he’s no longer going to allure, NFL.com says.
